Wrong password
The most common cause is simple: a typo, caps lock, or a password manager filling in an old password. Spinbob logs you in with your email and password, so also check you’re using the email you registered with. If you’re unsure, stop guessing after two or three attempts and use the Forgot password link on the login screen. You’ll receive a reset email with a link that stays valid for 60 minutes. Choose a strong, unique password you don’t use anywhere else.

Locked out after 5 attempts
To protect your account from people guessing passwords, the casino locks it for 30 minutes after 5 failed login attempts. There’s no way to speed this up, and further attempts during the lock won’t help. Wait the full half-hour, then reset your password rather than trying old ones again. If your account locks repeatedly when you haven’t been trying to log in, someone else may be attempting to access it. Tell support straight away and turn on two-factor authentication.
2FA codes not arriving
Two-factor authentication is optional but strongly recommended. You can receive codes by SMS or through an authenticator app.
SMS codes:
- Check you have mobile signal; codes can be delayed on weak connections or abroad.
- Make sure the mobile number on your account is current.
- Wait a couple of minutes before requesting another code. Requesting several at once can mean only the latest one works.
- Check that your phone isn’t blocking messages from short codes or unknown senders.
Authenticator apps:
- Codes depend on your phone’s clock. Switch on automatic date and time in settings.
- Make sure you’re reading the code for the right account if you have several in the app.
- If you’ve changed or lost your phone, contact support via the Help Centre form to reset 2FA after an identity check.
Browser and cookie problems
If you enter the right details and the page just reloads, or you get logged out immediately, your browser may be blocking the cookies the site needs to keep you signed in. Try these in order:
- Open a private or incognito window and try logging in. If it works, the problem is stored data in your normal browser.
- Clear cookies and cached files for the site in your browser settings.
- Disable extensions such as ad blockers, script blockers or privacy tools for the site.
- Update your browser to the latest version, or try a different one (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).
- Restart your device and connect again.
Mobile app and browser cache
On a phone, cached data can cause the same issues. If you use the site in a mobile browser, clear that browser’s cache and website data. If you have saved the site to your home screen, remove and re-add it. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or the other way round) is a quick way to rule out a network problem. Our login guide shows the normal sign-in process on mobile and desktop.
VPN and location blocks
UK-licensed accounts can only be used in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the operator checks your location when you log in. A VPN, proxy, or some workplace and school networks can make it look as if you’re elsewhere, which triggers a block. Turn off any VPN or proxy and try again. Using a VPN to disguise your location breaks the terms and can lead to the account being suspended and winnings withheld.
⚠️ Travelling abroad
If you’re on holiday outside the UK, you may not be able to log in or play. Your balance stays safe and you can access it again when you’re back home.
Account closed or self-excluded
If the message says your account is closed, suspended or excluded, it isn’t a login fault. It might be due to self-exclusion, a GAMSTOP match, outstanding verification or a review. Our account blocked guide explains each reason and how to resolve it. If you’ve self-excluded, the account can’t be reopened until the period ends; this protects you, and the operator can’t make an exception.
Still can’t get in?
If none of the fixes work, use the Help Centre contact form from the login page; email replies usually arrive within 24 hours. Have your registered email, date of birth and a description of the error ready. Once you’re back in, it’s worth reviewing your security settings and adding 2FA.

Frequently asked questions
How long is my account locked after failed logins?+
The account locks for 30 minutes after 5 failed attempts. Wait for the lock to expire, then use 'Forgot password' rather than guessing again.
My password reset email hasn't arrived. What should I do?+
Check spam and promotions folders, make sure you used your registered email, and wait a few minutes. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes, so request a new one if it has expired.
Can I log in from abroad?+
UK accounts are for use in the UK. Logging in from another country or through a VPN can be blocked, and using a VPN breaks the terms.
I've lost the phone with my authenticator app. How do I log in?+
Contact support through the Help Centre form. After confirming your identity, they can reset two-factor authentication so you can set it up on a new device.
